1. In the Moti AI chat input, type the @ character followed by any part of the patient's name.
2. An interactive popover displays matching candidates with their age, biological sex, and localized names.
3. Click to select the patient. The name converts into an active green clinical tag.
4. Enter your query (e.g., "What are this patient's active allergies and most recent blood pressure readings?").
5. Moti AI automatically retrieves the patient's electronic health record context, cross-references recent vitals, medications, and problem lists, and delivers a context-aware answer.

2. Structured Note Generation: Moti AI structures the input into a formal clinical note formatted as Subjective (S), Objective (O), Assessment (A), and Plan (P).
