We released Beta Version 11 of Medaius. Here are the key updates and changes:
Forms & Clinical Safety
- Complete Form Version History: Every superseded version of a form is preserved, and any earlier version can be restored in one click. Saved responses always display exactly as the form asked them, so revising a form never rewrites past answers.
- Critical Result Alerts: Laboratory results falling outside safe limits are raised to your staff immediately rather than being filed silently.
- Drag-and-Drop Question Ordering: Arrange questions within a form section simply by dragging them into place.
Your Clinic, Your Words
- Custom Terminology: Name your patients, practitioners and groups whatever your clinic actually calls them, and see those names used consistently throughout the entire system.
- Dedicated Identity Fields: Sex at birth and sexual orientation are recorded as distinct fields, for accurate and respectful patient records.
Patient Access & Record Sharing
- Granular Record Access: See and control exactly what a connected patient is permitted to read, from a single dialog that also manages their care providers.
- Secured Document Links: Shared clinical documents are protected by signed links that cannot be forwarded to anyone who was never granted access.
Practice Operations
- Per-Clinic Waiting Room: Each clinic now runs its own independent queue instead of sharing a single board.
- Reversible Status Changes: A mis-tapped appointment status can be walked back, and every appointment records who changed it and when.
- Full-Screen Dashboards: Open any analytics dashboard full screen, now fully usable on tablets and phones.
